You portray beautifully the sadness of the Haitian experience. If only the recent earthquake was an anomaly rather than just another disaster in a country that has had an endless string of natural and man-made disasters.

It is too bad that we have to paint sadness, I wish there wasn't a single face like hers around the planet. Unfortunately, there are millions and millons, you may find them in every continent. Haiti is the best example of what man can make of a country... The earthquake just pushed them further to the edge of hope. Her eyes scream for justice, but she knows that justice is a false word.
